The Beautiful Game

I went to the Screening of “The Beautiful Game” sponsored by Lance Hastings, the Director of CMTA.  It turns out that the members of this year’s class of Leadership Sacramento were there.  The Guild Theater in Oak Park is a great venue that seats about 100 people.  After the movie, Scott Syphax moderated a panel […]

Should I buy or should I lease now?

What is the exit strategy? If for some reason you need to move out of the building, will you hold the asset and lease it out, or will you sell it? Is the property single purpose or will it appeal to a broad base of potential occupants?

Commercial Real Estate is all about Relationships

Whether you’re a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or broker, you build trust with every interaction. Consistency, reliability, transparency, and a common cause, build trust one brick at a time.

You gotta “Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate The Positive”

You Are What You Think I was talking with good friend who happens to be a commercial real estate broker in North Carolina. I call him when I want to save $150 on therapy.  Like me, he is an independent broker and he had worked for a large national company. We talked about business, the […]
